Hawaii's largest lifestyle expo runs Friday and Saturday with free admission, good news for local families looking for a cheap weekend outing.

• The 7th Young at Heart Expo takes over the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall, 9am to 4pm both days.
• Over 130 booths cover health care, active living, shopping, and travel.
• Longs and HMSA will offer vaccinations on site, and University of Hawaii coaches and players will hand out merchandise.
• Nonstop Travel is running a $7,500 travel gift certificate giveaway, entry only at their booth.
• Saturday adds live entertainment and a noon pet fashion show.

Outlook: Expect big crowds both days, with the free admission and giveaways drawing families well beyond the older audience the event started with.
